As a Healthcare Recruiter, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Genuine relationship building with providers, via phone and email communication
• Manage candidate database and leads in order to keep applicant opportunities organized
• Manage customer service with provider while renewing and rebooking contracts throughout entirety of sales cycle
• Negotiating rates, problem solving issues and overcoming objections that come your way
• Working well in work/team atmosphere, in turn creating win/win situations for both support staff and providers
